I am trying to put in a NetGear MR814v2 wireless router but I can't get it to get on the internet. I connected all the cables correctly. I am using one computer and road runner isp. When I type the IP 192.168.0.1 in internet explorer it does not go to setup page the manual says. It goes to my web page that I am running with IIS. The OS I have is XP. How do I get to the setup page?

The manual says 192.168.0.1. Could it be a misprint then? How could they have been dumb enough to make it the same as the default IIS IP?
Also, the second light keeps blinking when the internet cat 5 cable is connected. Is this normal? It is either on constantly or blinks so fast it is nearly constant. But the IP's 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 don't work. I have IIS disabled but still nothing.

I called tech support and they seemed to help. I reset the router and changed the IP so I could use IIS and the router.
Overall, their support was good but they make you listen to too many messages before you get to talk to someone. It wasn't busy, the support was just sorted down to the model. I guess it paid off since they were knowledgeable but if I needed to call more than once it would get on more nerves. They weren't busy at all - after the filtering I talked to someone within 5 min. But this was late at night.

Is it possible to have a wireless router and a phoneline network? I have been using my phoneline network for a while but I just got a wireless router for my laptop. Is there any type of firewall that might be preventing this? I used the Win XP network setup wizard and the connections appear as connected, but I can't get to the internet or view the shared files. All three computers have the same workgroup. I want to have a desktop that connects to the router. The router links the laptop and desktop A. The phoneline network cards link desktops A and B. Thanks for the help.
