Hi, So i am setting up a test bench and I am looking for a wireless router/AP that is capable of doing two things. (or hey, two units each capable of one of them would be fine too)
First it must be configurable to force the use of the DFS required channels (52-64 and 100-140) that is, id like to enter the UI or CLI and be able to force the AP to use channel 100 for one test and then force the AP to use channel 104 for the next, etc. this is the real make or break requirement.
Second id like a configurable 802.11d option. Again, here id like to be able to enter the UI or CLI and configure the AP's broadcast of the country code to not only on/off but while it's on vary which code is used. This is more of a like to have option then a real need.
I am not above buying a piece of hardware and then using a 3rd party image like dd-wrt if that is whats needed to get the job done.
