I have a few options.

In my possession is:

a DLink DIR655 Wireless N router
a Netgear WNR2000 WIreless N router
an Asus WL-520Gu Wireless G router with Tomato Firmware (Traded another DIR 655 I had for this)
I also have the option to trade either the Netgear or the second DIR 655 for Linksys WRT54G with DDWRT.

My goal is to go from My house (where the FIOS Modem is) to my garage (detached from the house). The distance is about 100 feet, through two walls. using WEP, I can get signal in the back of the garage.
However the signal is weaker than I'd like it to be. If I try to use WPA, i can't even get signal in the two rooms inthe back (barely makes it over to the front of the garage.
