• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Wireless Protocol per SSID

Is there a utility that i can implement to change the connection protocol on a per-SSID basis?

For instance:

linksys -> 802.11a
netgear -> 802.11b
All Others -> 802.11 a/b/g

I help admin a network on a college campus, and we get a whole bunch of interference on the b/g chan. but we are the only area using a/b/g so if we all use a, it solves our interfererance problem.

Thanks

that doesn't work because it would allow the wireless signal from the rest of campus to bleed in, right now our access points are blocking the campus signal as much as they can, but with so many access points on the outside, ours can't block all the signals.
