I was really getting frustrated with my wireless Microsoft Notebook 4000 Mouse which was intermittently responsive for the last 2 days.
I changed batteries, but no improvement.
I thought it was the mouse pad - but no go there either.
As the mouse worked at an alternate location I though that it was interference or bad signal that was causing the trouble.
The cause was right in frount of me all along - My Logitech Windman 2 joystick! The mouse signal must be "absorbed" by the unit. Interesting....
