I would like to record seminars that run approximately 3 hours. What I am looking for is either a USB or a Bluetooth wireless mic with a decent battery pack that will last throughout the seminar.

I came across the RevoLabs xTag but there are quite a few negative reviews about sound quality out there. In addition I'd prefer a battery pack with either a small lapel mic or a "headset" style mic that connects to a transmitter and battery pack. The headset should be mic only, no headphones.

The xTag just looks very large and would probably be uncomfortable to wear around the neck for a few hours.

Does anyone have any practical experience with (hopefully inexpensive) wireless lapel mics? Not looking for spend more than $250 or so.
