Wireless LAN: designate a permanent IP on each PC?

Currently I'm using a Linksys WAG354G wireless router and is getting increasingly tired of having to reboot my modem and both my PC/laptop downstairs to get my torrenting PC to have the .64 IP.

Is it possible to have my torrenting PC to permanently set to .64 for convenience sake?
 
Just statically assign your address for that machine. Just make sure DHCP on your router doesn't hand out that address.
 
also in the router in the dhcp area you can assign the ip address to the computer based on its mac address. So everytime that computer is on the router it will give that ip address to it
