Wireless keyboard/mouse with no delay or lag?

I recently purchased a bargain bin RF wireless keyboard/mouse combo from Rosewill, and have been pretty dissapointed with the amount of lag that comes with it. You can find the item here: Rosewill RKM800

My point of reference is playing the arcade classic Defender on MAME. It's a hard enough game as is, and with the lag that this Rosewill keyboard induces it's a practice in futility. Can anyone recommend a wireless keyboard or keyboard/mouse combo that has essentially zero lag? Preferably with range of at least 10ft would be nice, as I am using my 2405fpw as a media monitor as well from my nearby sofa.

If no such device exists, I guess I'd just be better off buying a 0-delay wired solution and keeping the laggy Rosewill for those sofa sessions.

You get what you pay for.

Even a very old-generation Logitech or Kensington will do you better.

Yes, but will a Logitech wireless really remove the lag? What I'm getting at is that I need zero lag performance from my keyboard in certain situations, and does such a device exist? I don't mind spending the money if it will get me what I need. As well, since I'm in Japan I'm not in a convenient situation for the buy-try-return type of deal. And the reason I'm not buying a keyboard in Japan is because the layout is different and the space bars here are tiny.

I will tell you this right now. Any Corded Keyboard/Mouse is better than a Wireless one.

Too many are going to disagree but if you dont need to use them 20 feet away from your PC, then you dont need wireless

I have to agree w/ the above. If you want the best speeds and 0 lag time it is back to cords for you. Get a Razer diamondback and a Z Board. Around $100 total and the best.

Thank you. That's what I needed to hear, and what I thought might be the case after trying out this Rosewill keyboard. I'll keep this for the couch sessions and pick up a corded board for my gaming.
