What are good wireless headphones for games and DVDs? No budget cap, but don't go completely nuts, I don't need $5000 studio headphones for Doom. :)
 
Is there any reason you need wireless ones? You can get much better quality headphones for cheaper if you don't care about the wireless part.
 
How important is sound quality to you and what will these headphones be used for mainly?
 
I have a cat that eat's wires, but that is off subject :) Wireless headphones usually sound pretty bad, can be heavy(batteries). I would suggest a good pair of wired ones....

They will be used for games, and sound quality is important to me. Honestly though I think my ears are a lot less sensitive than some of the posters in this forum, so it doesn't make sense to spend a fortune for a marginal increase in quality.

A lot of people are saying that I should go with corded headphones. If I decide to, I'll look at one of the many threads with recommendations for corded headphones. I'm asking which cordless ones are good. They can't ALL be bad, can they? :p

Any proud or not-so-proud owners of cordless headphones want to share their experiences?
 
I got a pair of wireless ones from Radioshack once, cost around $140. Anyways after about a week I took them back because it was damn near possible to keep static out of the signal. I'd adjust them to be crystal clear, start gaming, then anywhere from 10-45 min later I started getting static jumping in and out of the sound. Got annoying real fast. Audio fatigue sucks.
