Wireless AC card recommendation

recently upgraded our internet to 150/150 fios plan, my desktop only picks up 60ish on wifi, he cant run wired otherwise we wouldve set that up, any recommendation on a good card or adapter that doesnt break the bank? idealy would like to get 100mb speed more if possible
 
Why not a wireless bridge / access point in bridge mode? On a budget I'd look at getting something like a Ruckus 7363 or even one of their switches.

Oops, I see you're looking for AC. Keep in mind if you have walls and such between you and the wireless source it'll kill 5GHz signals quicker than 2.4. If you have a good AP you may find your 2.4GHz signals to be perfectly usable where 5GHz has long since packed up.
