wireless 360 controller question for pc gaming

Are you sharing the wireless controler w/ your Xbox and PC, If it is then theres probably no way to stop it. You would have to get a differant controller for your PC so that its not keyed to the Xbox.

What its sync to both devices? Is that even possible? I would think once you sync it to a new device it would only work with that device.

I have 1 controller sync'd to the 360 and the other controller to the pc but the pc controller still turns the 360 on everytime I use it

yep that happens. either buy a seperate controller for the pc, or unplug your xbox before you play pc games

That should NOT happen.I have my PC and 360 in the same room.Make sure you have the PC controller synced to your PC.It should not turn on the 360 when used.
