Yes even tackling this trivial issue will constitute a major case mod for me. Problem? My PSU wire layout is heinous, and probably obstructing some airflow, not to mention it looks bad. Is there an art to concealing system cables with twistties/cable locks or something? Everytime i grab a bunch together and tie em up, they still look like a mess, and i have to pull too many out to power my peripherals, which consist of the following:

Case: Tsunami Dream
Motherboard: K8N Neo2
Things which need power: Video card, 2 harddrives, 1 floppy, 1 optical drive. 3 case fans (front back and center)

This should be relatively simple should it not? Im really just looking for some "what you do is just yank em all under a drive bay... or yank em all behind the drive carriage" etc...
 
It really is an art, like you said, because each has has its own topography with its own set of nooks and crannies. Some popularly suggested hiding locations:

behind the drive bays
inside the empty space in the drive bays
behind the motherboard tray
behind the power supply

You can use twist-ties or zip-ties to bind wires to each other, or to holes and protrusions in the chassis structure. You may also want to clip extra wires that you don't think you'll ever use--be careful what you clip, of course, and insulate any bare wires that remain.
 
One thing that helps a great deal is simply dealing with power and IDE cables. Nothing beats a rounded cable for air flow, and spiral wrap or techflex are wonderful for power supplies. You can even get those in colors that can add to your case modification, especially if you have a UV light in that box. Those are some ideas to mull over. If money is an issue, I like twist ties, too.
