Alright, I looked through other threads for about 30 minutes before I posted this question. Hope I didnt miss it.

I'm running Vista Ultimate on a single hard drive. I have 2 hard drives setup in RAID 0. I was wanting to know when I decide to reformat, will it wipe everything on the RAID 0 hard drives? Do I unplug the RAID's while doing the reformat to prevent a wipe? When done reformatting, will my RAID 0 pop back up automatically?

Are you asking if you can reformat the one (non-RAID) hard drive without affecting the RAID? If that's it, yes you can. Just be sure to choose the right one during the format stage of setup (it should be obvious), although you may not even get more than one choice since setup may not even see the RAID without a pre-loaded driver.

I don't think you'll see the RAID after Windows is installed, so you may have to install the drivers for that.

yeah, just was wanting to reformat the single drive and not affect the RAID drive. basically, i dont have nero to get some pics, pron, music etc onto a data disc. i was just wanting to do this the easy way and cut + paste to the RAID drives, reformat single drive, then cut + paste data back to the single drive with OS on it.:D
