winXP problem?

the clock on my computer, in the bottom right, keeps randomly turning back 3 hours. I figure it's either a winXP problem or a virus of some sort. If anyone has ever experienced something similar and knows the cause/solution, it would really help me a lot. Thanks in advance!
 
See if Windows uses the correct time zone, in example mine uses GMT-6 and i use atomic clock to doublecheck :D
