What is it? I have Catalyst 4.3 installed, why does microsoft want me to download this?

Anyone else has seen this?
 
Dude!!! Steer clear of those drivers. I inadvertantly installed withm with the rest of the updates and it totally screwed my video.

After a reboot, XP found two new devices (relating to my video card) and couldn't locate drivers for them. Therefore having two unidentified items in my hardware profile that XP likes to remind me of every time I reboot.

Had to do a driver roll back and downloaded new drivers. I personally like to get my drivers here: Omega Corner
