WinFixer...Alerts...Driving me Crazy!!!!!!!!

ok I keep getting windows alerts that give me the option of installing winfixer or not. I click cancel and or the "x" button and it still takes me to the winfixer home page. I scanned with spyware doctor and it found a peice of winfixer spyware. Even though I delete it I still get it again. Anyone else have this? Will a pop-up blocker stop this??????????

Popup blocker would only stop the messages not the problem.

Download the MS antispyware software and/or something like Spybot Search & Destroy.
Boot into safe mode and then run the programs.
