For some reason I can't seem to get this card setup to capture from my camcorder. I have an RCA cable from the video port on the camcorder to the S-video/RCA dongle and the audio on a seperate RCA cable... I open PVR and try to switch the video mode and it does nothing.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I've been up for the last 50 hours with no sleep. Maybe I need some diffrent cable... any help would be greatly apprectiated.
 
Just put the input to S-Video on the control panel. Make sure your cable is plugged to the video out on the camera. That's how I have done it before. Good luck.
