BTW, You might want to look into the "Windows XP Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI)"
It lets you convert an install of XP to a different language (say for example Polish :) ).

I really do not know where you get it though, but there is a lot of information on the web. I have also seen a few torrent sites host versions of it so I dunno if it is free or what.
It is not just changing the MUI like the thing built into windows either...it is a full conversion to the other language I believe.
