Windows XP SP2 RC1 [Build 2096] Download

Anyone tried it yet?

I want to install it but I don't want to trash my xp install if it has any major problems.
 
As the disclaimer states on that site, don't install it on any production machine if you value it's contents. Best tried on a test box to see what it can do and format it after it screws up..... to be on the safe side :cool:
 
Installed it.. Love the new features. One problem is randomly my video card will crap out.

I'm using it and so far I haven't had any problems whatsoever.

Doesn't really seem at all different after the install but it *should* be a more secure.
 
i have actually heard not so good things about it, it is very buggy and you shouldnt run it on your main box yet

(dont worry, im not dissing m$ :eek: i know what beta means just warning people)
 
I posted this in another thread...but anyways I have been runnin this now since it came out and it runs fine except that i had to do some advanced settings to configure the firewall.
