Windows XP OEM Copy Question

Hi All: I have a computer I built years ago (Windows XP OEM version) & the HD failed last night. Can I reinstall XP OEM again to the same computer with a new HD? I use this as a back-up & play a lot of older games that WIN7 64 doesn't like. I hope I can because I know there is no way to find a legit copy of XP anymore. Any insight?
 
Yes. OEM is licensed to the motherboard, not hard drive.

If the key doesn't activate for some reason, just follow the instructions to call in to reset the product key.
 
Big: Many thanks for the follow-up. I'm really appreciate it! Glad to know I can still use XP. Some games old legacy simply won't work in WIN 7 64, but the again a decent amount do.
