Windows XP Installation Restarting Computer

I just assembled a new computer and when I'm installing Windows XP, it keeps restarting. After it copies the setup files, I create a partition and format the hard drive, then it starts to install it. About 40-60% into the installation, it restarts the computer. I don't know the exact percentage when it restarts since I do other things while it's installing. And when I try to start it up again, it's not booting windows so I go through the whole process again.

Any suggestions?

PSU? Power Supply Unit? Stock Power Supply that came with the case. 430Ws

Anywho, I have a 160 Cavier WD IDE drive, an Intel Celeron D 2.66 Proc, and have this motherboard: http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=242&model=814&modelmenu=1
My HD is the master on the primary IDE slot and my dvd drive is the master on the secondary IDE. I've been deleting the partition and re-creating it and formatting my hard drive every time, and it's still restarting around that mark.

stock PSU = trash that might be the problem. What kind of video card are you using? I don't think its your RAM, if it would be I would think it would blue screen. If you have an extra HDD laying around you should try to format and install XP on it, to see if your 160GB is screwed up.
