Windows XP "Easy Networking"?

I remember a while back reading a post which basically stated that you shouldn't use "Easy Networking" (I think that's what it was called) in windows XP. Supposedly by using the more advanced networking option, you had more control over your network and it turned out to be more reliable.

The problem is, I can't remember how the hell you go about turning it off. IIRC it was under the "Tools" option somewhere in XP. However I can't find it. Is this a feature exclusive to XP pro? Or does home have it as well? Also, if home has this feature, can someone point me in the direction where I can find this setting?

Thanks!
