windows wont boot help FAST PLZ :O

i reinstalled windows and it wont get past the via screen, it reboots and says windows has failed to boot and i click last known configuration and it still wont, safe mode wont work either. I dont know where to go from here my comp was working for about a week ( this is after i got it back from the rma where they replaced my mobo ) any ideas - All bios settings are default and everything is appearing normal, it just WONT boot?
 
wont boot into windows i already repaired it, i was restarting to go install my files and it wont BOOT which means no windows
 
Is it installed on a SATA hard drive or a drive on an on-board RAID controller or PCI hard drive controller?
 
Nah, i dunno what happened to it but i reformatted and now im back up and running after 3 hours of installing all my progs D:, but in the end it probably payed off besides erasing 4 months of my mvp baseball 04 career
