Windows Tiling, Dual Screen, Ultramon Alternative?

I am using Windows 7 x64 with Ultramon as my dual screen windows manager. I love Ultramon, but I wished it had a few more features and was a little smarter with windows placement. Every once in a while I'll boot up and my programs will have forgotten which monitor they are supposed to start up on.

And my recent interest is in screen tiling support. So, I either want a program that can either piggyback off of Ultramon to provide dual screen tiling support and smart window placement, or a I want a brand new screen manager that is better than Ultramon but still provides the same reliable functionality with desktop icon placement preservation, "Smart (extended) Toolbar", and dual screen wallpaper support.
There are a hell of a lot of programs out there..Grid Move, Winsplit Revolution, Display Fusion...

Which software do I pick? Do you have any recommendations or input? Doesn't have to be freeware.

Display fusion is another program to try. See if it does what you need.
I've been using ultramon for the past 12 years and it works great for me.
