More like no support!! I chatted with I guess a level 1 tech about fixing the Windows Store problem I was having. Certain apps (Weather Channel) will not install or update, I just get error codes. We did a bunch of stuff and none of it worked, so he set me up with a so called level 2 tech who would certainly solve my problems.:rolleyes: Anyway, my appointment with this tech was today between 7pm-10pm I could expect them to call, I even got a email confirmation. Well 10pm has passed, no call, no email, nothing! Great tech support, I guess they really give two shits about their product.:rolleyes:

Some tech support guy isn't going to be able to fix the fundamentally broken app store and the shitty, broken apps.

these are commonly reported problems about it and frankly I'm amazed anyone even goes near it to notice.
