I just noticed today on my laptop, that if I lose connectivity (manually or accidentally) to the wireless router, all of my Windows SMP processes instantly vanish. There is no error message given, and the console still appears to be crunching away, but in actuality nothing is happening.
Logically this makes no sense to me. I would think connectivity wouldn't matter until an attempt to submit the results is made. I've had this problem for a while, but I never knew the cause of it until now (at least I think it is the cause, it is repeatable). Has anyone else noticed/heard about this, or can anyone else confirm this?
