Basically, disable the UAC who are preventing you from running the SMP client without the nagging notifications.

Since you have a E6300, a good alternative would be to run VMWare, install a 64 bit Linux distro in it and run SMP there. No issues with UAC from what I see around.

VMWare is free for home users but I believe Virtual PC 2007 would work fine as well. Just try and see if it is worth your time
