I currently setup my Server 2003 machine, and set up a basic DHCP server.

My setup is basically this :
Cable Modem (pluged into) NIC1 on server
NIC2 on server(pluged into) 4 port wireless G router with DHCP disabled
and then wired to my other 3 machines.

On my machines I am pulling an address from the server, and i can remote in to the server (like i am doing now to make this post) however i cannot get on the internet on any of the machines except the server...

i really have no idea why i can remote in, share files, but cannot get online

please help

Did you configure RRAS with NAT? ;) Would also help to know if you can at least resolve domain names and such.
 
as mentioned above, you need to be using Routing and Remote Access (RRAS) with NAT to do what you are trying to do. Simply installing the DHCP service will not do anything more for you than simply give IP address to the clients on the network, it will not forward requests to the public network for you.
 
If you have the correct Server 2003 version, locate "Server Management" and find the "To Do List". There is an option to "Configure Internet and E-mail". Go through that wizard and it should clear up your problem. If you do not have this option, try checking to make sure you are correctly routing your ISP's DNS servers.
