windows reboots twice after an install

Just now i installed zone alarm, and it says click here to reboot. Clicked. Rebooted. Then as soon as i log in (auto login from tweak ui) and my desktop is rendered, i get a black screen. 1 second goes by, and my vga bios info shows up becauseit rebooted again. Only happens that first time, because after it boots up from that whole shenanigans, its fine.

Um, could you restate your problem?
It sounds from your post like the sudden reboot is a one time occurance.

yea, only happens after i install something. After the flash reboot, it goes back to normal.

Go into the event viewer in administrative tools on the control panel, and look for problems.
