Windows Performance Index not reporting

just reinstalled vista x64 U on my computer. i'm using the same exact version as i did last install, which was recently but i got a trojan that i couldn't get rid of so just reinstalled OS. previously was working fine, and reported 5.8. now however it gives 1.0's for both aero and gpu performance, and continues to report "new hardware installed". i'm on sp2, it's on disc, and i'm all updated, so i don't know why it's not working.

anybody have info on this?

just snagged another .net framework update and that did it, reporting correctly now....
