Windows OS Emulation?

I have a weird question. Is there some type program that will emulate windows 98, me, 2000? Maybe this will give you an idea of why I am asking this. At work I get call from our clients about how to fix this or that. This really isn't a big problem as long as they are able to get the internet because i can just hope onto our remote access program that we have and see what the problem is. But if they can't I have walk them through how to do stuff over the phone. This isn't a big problem if they are running windows XP because I am really familiar with it. I haven't used 98 for years; ME, barely any; and 2000. I have 2 options at the moment. Run a multi-boot machine or print out screen shots of a LOT of the windows.
Is there another option to this?
