Windows Notification?

Today When I opened up Hardforum, I had a notification in a "windows" Box. I clicked it and it sent me to my inbox but I havn't been able to find what the notification was for. I Might have missed it because right when I went to hardforums today I had a customer come in and I quickly exited out. Any Idea what the notification was for?
 
We turned on the PM notification system today. Might have been a legit msg or one "hung up" for a while now. Clear cache cookies etc and relaunch your browser and you should be AOK.
