Windows mixed environment question re: Chinese versions of Windows

So any IT gurus here have any experience with integrating world wide companies, where you have an established English version of Windows, SQL servers, web servers, etc, and you had to integrate Chinese version of Windows? (or some other non-English version, such as Arabic, etc)?

We have multiple websites, multiple server backends (Oracle, SQL, etc) and various other systems that do reporting on data. As much as possible, we want to allow the disparte systems to co-exist.

Im just looking for some basic info to get educated on the subject.
