Windows Mail Recovery Issues

I had the WD hard drive die in one of my PCs, but was still able to put it into my other PC and copy the Windows Mail folder off of it. All of the emails are in there and I can read them one at a time, but what is the easiest way to get them back into an email program? "Import" doesn't work, as it wants an .iaf file, not a folder full of stuff. Thanks for the help!

If it is like the outlook express, you first need to create a folder with the same name as the one you are trying to restore and then simply copy the file over the new one.
