For some reason, Vista Business 32bit is not recognizing the Windows Key on my Logitech G15 keyboard. I know that the G15 is sending the proper signal, because if I record a quick macro to a G* key (by pressing the quick macro button, selecting a G key, and then just pressing the windows key once), the G* then can function as the Windows key properly.

So the keyboard is sending the signal, but Windows Vista isn't recognizing it or reacting to it for some reason. Is there anything I can do?

Out of curiousity, is the switch turned to computer mode? When turned to gaming mode (the joystick) it disables the windows key...

I can for one say the windows key does work on the G15 with Vista.

I didn't even think to look at that. Yes, the switch was in joystick mode, but I don't know how it got there, I never switched it. Maybe one of my boys decided it'd be a good idea.

Thanks for the info.

LOL...Been there, done that...but didn't post it..=)

You'd think this would be in the Logitech knowledge base. I checked there and elsewhere before posting. I didn't see it posted anywhere.
