Windows keeps making folders each time i load cam

Windows always makes a "My Videos" and "My Picture" folder each time i load my cam up, any way to stop this? :confused: thanks!

bumping this in hope of help :p

and another question, does it hurt if i use all the battery power of my sd200, but not rechage it till my other battery dies? which is rougly 2-3 weeks?
