I have a P8P67 Pro and Windows 7 x64. The motherboard they are shipping me for an RMA is identical to the one I have currently. It's in RAID-0 setup as well. Am I going to need to reinstall Windows?

no, you shouldn't need to, but if at all possible try to make sure you have the same BIOS version that you had when initially installed windows to ensure no issues with the RAID

Just make sure you setup your hardware the exact same way it was and in the bios

Especially for the raid setting. With a Deluxe B3 replacement this AM we moved all of the drives to different controllers (no raid) and Windows didn't miss a beat reinstalling all of the drivers needed for it to work. We knew we were going to replace the board, so we never activated W7Pro so it worked fine even the evaluation process.
