Windows home networking sucks please help.

Ok heres the deal people. We bought a Belkin G+ Wireless router and two Belkin G+ wireless cards. Two computers have the wireless cards and 1 is wired to the router. The 2 wireless computers can see each other and share files etc... However, the one that is wired is dumb and doesnt know how to play nice. No amount of wizards could grant him the pleasure of being smart and playful. All firewalls allow 5 IP addresses which include the 3 computers and the router.

Is there something special I have to do get the wired one to be nice?
