I look into my crystal ball. The future looks hazy...wait, there's something in the mist. It's starting to become clearer...almost got it now. It's small, made of metal and has sort of a half-circle loop on top. What can it be?
Oh, I see it now. A lock.

I believe your crystal ball is right! I think someone didn't read the rules.
