Windows FTP server w/o 2GB file size limitation?

Is there a Windows ftp server application (not client) that will be able to handle single files over 2GB and to RESUME them? Most applications will allow the transfer of 2GB files yet they won’t let you resume the transfer.

Can anyone recommend an application that will fit my needs?

wonderful ftp server and it has a nice administration interface.

Linux is the reason for the 2gb limitation (in a way). Windows supports large file sizes, linux does not.
