Has anyone seen this issue before I put in a SBS 2011 box a little bit ago and setup fax service just like I had setup in SBS 2003 everything works great with it except this weird printing issue. In SBS 2003 I had a route setup for incoming faxes to print to the main printer but into a specific output tray. I did this by adding the printer for a second time since it's a network printer and setting it's default output tray to specific one since this printer has 3. Everything worked perfect in SBS 2003. So I did it the exact same way in SBS 2011 except now even though I select that special printer it still prints to the regular default tray. Now if I go into that "fax printer" I setup and printer a test page it's goes to the correct output tray. It's only when the fax service sends a print to it is when it doesn't print to the right tray. I know this is a very unique issue but if anyone has any incite it would be much appreciated. I'm stumped right now.
