hi. i have noticed a weird and unpleasant shearing like glitch in regular application windows. the issues occurs when u simply drag a window around the desktop and you can see the vertical white/grey borders of the window shear, the line is not stright but instead has about 20 pieces that are either centimeters off center either to the left or right. I have no problems like this in video games and everything is otherwise ok, but seems that with a 600 dollar video card and 1200 dollar monitor this kind of thing could be avoided.
Is it a vertical refresh issue? is my custom display refresh settings wrong? what is causing this horrible looking stuff? my display says it's at 1920x1200 and 74.4kH/60Hz
