Running a i5 2500k stock heatsink\speeds in a antec 1200 case gigabyte z68 chipset\board 16 gigs of ram ddr3 1600 stock, msi nvidia 670 latest drivers stock over 1tb of hdd space. Should i be getting this message every so often?

Usually all it means is that Windows accidentally spent a few milliseconds running a game and Aero at the same time. As long as it's not happening while you're staring at your desktop, I wouldn't worry.

If it's really bothering you, you could try checking "Disable desktop composition" in the shortcut properties.

This happens to me also. Only while playing Sleeping Dogs. Got a fix?

I get it once per restart when playing BF3, meaning the first time I fire up BF3 after a restart, I will get kicked out of game with that message. Once I select 'Keep Current' I can Alt+Tab right back into game and it remembers till the next time I restart.

I have just learned to live with it as I have not found an easy fix for AMD/dual monitors and rainmeter running on the second monitor while in game.
