Windows CD recognition

I'm attempting to install a new app on my system via an install CD, but windows recognises the CD as a Music disc. Thus when I open the disc in explorer I get one .cda file listed, no other data (considering all the data is on that one .cda file).

If you right-click on your cd drive and click "Explore", can you see the rest of the files on the CD?

Not sure why it would do that, but I suppose you could copy the .cda to your HD, open it up in a hex editor and separate the files manually....but that's if you're desperate.
