Clear your CMOS. Always your safest bet. If you don't want to do that
Hold Insert
Boot up computer
Get into BIOS
Optimize defaults
Doesn't work 100% of the time, CMOS clear will almost work all the time.
Honestly, I think the insert way is the lazy way out. What it does is put your computer into Fail Safe Mode.

Cleared the BIOS and then nothing basically worked... started to reboot itself at the XP bootup screen. I reinstalled a fresh copy of XP and basically had the same problem. I reflashed the BIOS and everything seems to be working now on a fresh install of XP. Wondering if my BIOS got corrupted during an OC attempt?
