Windows automatically partitions 200MB off of my 1.5TB drive.

It doesn't do this with any of my other drives. Is there something I'm missing as to why this would happen?
 
64-bit Windows, I'm guessing. That's normal, because it's using the new EFI style of disk partitioning which reserves the first 200MB for the OS's personal use.

But that's not my primary OS disk...

Hm, maybe reformatting through something else other than the Windows installation process would work better? Any recommendations?
 
It's probably metadata space for partition tables and such for OS use only.

Besides, it's only 200MB out of a drive that has 1397GB formatted. ;)
