Windows Active Directory Groups

Open up the group and click on the members tab.
From where?
in your Start Menu locate Administrative Tools, then open Active Directory Domains and Trusts.
You will see your domain controller listed (domain.local). Right-click that domain name and select "Manage"
That's your Active Directory Users and Computers tool where you can add users.
If you have Microsoft Exchange on your server you can bypass all that by creating a shortcut to "C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\users and computers.msc" assuming that's where you installed Exchange.
