Windows 8 Streaming Question

When using Windows 7 for media streaming, it would keep all my files in their original folders, and the folder names would appear on my Blu-ray player (or tablet, etc.). Using Windows 8, it just throws all my files into a giant folder called Videos.

Is there a way to get Windows 8 to keep the folders separate, instead on one big pile?
