Windows 8 Pro only 2.2 gb ram usable

Any idea why it says only 2.2 usable?

It's a 32 bit version of Windows that's why. The numbers fluctuate (I think depending on the VRAM of the video card) but that isn't abnormal. Windows automatically allocates a certain portion of your RAM from the get go. The only real solution to maximize all 4GB's is to get Windows 8 64 bit.

Check in your Bios for a -Memory Remap- option, if there is an option for that, make sure it's enabled

1 - 32-BIT OS can only see 3 to 3.5GB
2 - Your APU is reserving some memory for the Graphics
