Hi,
Is 60GB SSD okay for Windows 8 Pro with media center install or should I go to 128?

depends on how much other stuff you have to install

60 should be ok for bare minimum
 
I just installed Win8 Pro on my daughter's desktop with a 64GB drive, plenty of space left. Then again, she doesn't have much on the system as she plays mostly online and watches cartoons on Youtube for via a Placeshifter license for SageTV.
